WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TURN TIMES?

Project time frames will vary due to client response times (revisions, content, etc) and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Custom brand + website design projects take around 5-9 weeks. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES AND METHODS?

Payment for services is submitted through an invoice and paid via Paypal or Stripe. Depending on the complete total cost and service, various payment options are available. 

WHICH WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK WITH?

We build and design websites on WordPress. If you have a preference for a particular platform, please indicate so in your inquiry form.

DO YOU WRITE CONTENT FOR MY WEBSITE?

Yes, we partner with a great copywriter so this can be added to your custom package.

WHAT IF I ONLY NEED A WEBSITE?

That’s totally fine! But please note, that all website projects need to have an existing branding. You either provide us with all of the files (logo, color palette, etc.), purchase an additional Brand Design Service where we will create a brand identity for you, or buy one of our Pre-Made Brand Kits which will be customized with your business details.

CAN YOU UPDATE MY EXISTING WEBSITE?

If you have an existing website that needs updating but not a complete overhaul, please contact us with all the info + link to your existing website.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE EDITS ON MY NEW WEBSITE?

Absolutely! After we finish, you will get access to the videos where we’ll walk you through your new website and show you how to make changes + you will also get extra 14 days of email support.
